All fees are net, quoted in USD, and inclusive of preparation, one briefing call, and a working run sheet. Japanese consumption tax added where applicable.

Booking & cancellation

Clear terms, agreed before we start.

Confirmation

A signed engagement letter and a 50% deposit confirm the booking. Dates are held tentatively for 5 business days from proposal.

Invoicing & payment

All invoices issued in USD. Credit card (preferred, via Stripe) or bank transfer, payable within 30 days of invoice. A secure Stripe payment link is sent with every invoice.

Cancellation — 2 weeks prior

Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: 50% of the fee is retained to cover preparation and lost booking window.

Cancellation — under 7 days

Cancellation within 7 days of the event: 100% of the fee is due. Rescheduling within the same quarter, when calendar permits, is offered in good faith.
